Paper Making Workshop
Join artist Chris on a special 2 hour paper making workshop. Chris will guide you through the process of making paper by recycling waste.
Artist Chris will guide you through the process of making paper by recycling waste. Form may be added using natural debris, flowers, seeds and leaves.
Participant will learn about
-Making pulp
-Making and using a mold
-Adding form
-Pressing and drying
-Also, what is possible, various techniques, making larger sheets and using the paper in endless forms.
Using a display she will also talk briefly of the history of paper making, the wasp, changes in resources and suggest books and reading material for your learning.
The course will be suitable for beginners.
All materials will be provided.

- Please meet at Woodcroft Car Park by the welcome Building.
- Wear suitable clothing for the weather in case you go looking for additional natural debris.
- Accessible paths lead to the Café including an accessible toilet. There are accessible paths lead to the Moorland Discovery Centre, where there is an additional accessible toilet.
- Suitable for children over 12 and must be accompanied by an adult.
