Circus Starlight is Grantham's very own mini magical circus. This Christmas, step into the big top and prepare to be dazzled!
Circus Starlight is Grantham's very own mini magical circus! Based in the town centre with their aerial studio, Circus Starlight offers a range of classes, workshops and entertainment for the whole family.
This Christmas, step into the big top and prepare to be dazzled! This festive show brings together a spectacular team of professional circus artists alongside the talented young performers from their Young Performers Project.
Funded by Arts Council England, the Young Performers Project gives local children the opportunity to train in circus skills and performance techniques; and this Christmas, they’ll be taking to the stage alongside professional artists to showcase what they can do!
Expect an exhilarating mix of aerial, acrobatics, comedy, juggling and much more, with performers ranging in age from just 10 years old to professional circus artists. It’s a unique celebration of talent, creativity and community, wrapped up in plenty of Christmas magic.
So gather the family, leave the ordinary behind and join Circus Starlight for a Christmas circus adventure you won’t forget!

Please note:
- This event will take place in a heated tent in the meadow area in the gardens at Grantham House.
- The tent is heated but you may still wish to dress warmly for the December weather.
- The grounds at Grantham House, due to its historic setting, can be uneven. The pathways to the event are gravelled and step free, with a steady gradient throughout, moving downwards on the route to the tent and upwards on exit. Very limited accessible parking is available for visitors next to entrance courtyard which must be booked in advance. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
- Suitable for all ages. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
- There will be popcorn, candyfloss, tea and coffee (with lids) available for guests to purchase in the tent, handled by the event organiser. The tearoom will be open as normal in the house.
- In the event of extreme weather, the event may be cancelled. In this instance, all ticketholders would be contacted and tickets refunded.
