- Meet at the Visitor Welcome Hut where one of the garden team will meet you. Please have proof of your booking with you.
- Please weat suitable clothing and footwear. Our paths can be steep and stony in places.
- The garden paths have steep steps and slopes on much of the route.
- We do not advise children under 12 are booked onto the tour. We ask that anybody under 18 is accompanied by a participating adult. Children should not be left unaccompanied in the garden at any time.
- The gardens will not be open to the general public at the time of the tours so only visitors who have booked on to the tours will be allowed into the garden.
- Assistance dogs only for guided tours.
