Sound Bathing in The Great Hall
Experience a deeply relaxing sound bath inside the spectacular Great Hall at Rufford Old Hall.

Enjoy a deeply relaxing experience provided by Twinkle Sound Bath, designed to help you pause, switch off and recharge in beautiful surroundings.
Begin with gentle breathwork and guided relaxation before being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and calming tones.
No experience is needed, simply get comfortable, close your eyes and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.
Mats are provided. Due to the presence of historical furniture and objects, mats will be positioned ahead of the session and cannot be repositioned. Space is limited inside the Great Hall so please only bring small bags. Please be aware that the Great Hall can be cold, even in Summer months. We suggest wearing layers which will keep you warm.
This event takes place before our usual opening hours. Normal admission charges apply to visit the site.
Sound baths are not a medical treatment.
If you or any of your group have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any injuries, please let the facilitator know before the session so they can support you fully.
Please check with your doctor before booking the session if you have health conditions or are pregnant.
Unless notified when booking, the facilitator will assume that you are able to participate fully in the session as that you do not need any adaptations or have an existing condition.
